This ride has limited capacity so hurry before all spots are filled.
If you have multiple groups and people coming with you, EVERY DRIVER MUST complete an entry form with just their passenger. (For example, if there are two UTVs in your group, you must fill out two complete registrations for the driver of each UTV and his/her passenger in their UTV)

Note: Participants with four-seat UTVs who wish to register additional passengers (Passenger 2 and Passenger 3) are required to contact UTV Offroad Adventures directly to complete registration and pay any applicable additional fees.

Have a four-seat UTV? If you’d like to add passengers 2 and 3, please reach out to us by phone or email so we can assist with the additional fees.
Registration for 17 years old and younger is free but does not include meals, raffle ticket or an event t-shirt. Meals for our under age guests can be purchased separately. Additional event t-shirts can be purchased for $25 each. Passenger regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. Passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.
A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.
If you plan to bring your pet, please confirm the hotel’s pet policy directly with them, as it is your responsibility.
In the event of a breakdown during one of our rides, the following policy applies:
Immediate Assistance:
Our team will make every effort to assist you with on-the-spot troubleshooting, minor repairs, or towing to a safe location along the trail.
Limitations on Recovery:
If the breakdown cannot be resolved or your SXS cannot be safely towed or fixed, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of professional recovery services.
Recovery Fees:
Any recovery fees incurred beyond the assistance provided by our team (e.g., towing, trail recovery, or transport to a repair facility) are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/operator.
Contacting Recovery Services:
If necessary, we can provide recommendations or help contact local recovery services, but the arrangements and payments are your responsibility.
Responsibility Acknowledgment:
By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and accept responsibility for any additional costs associated with recovering your vehicle.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all participants and the continuity of the event. Please ensure your SXS is in good working condition before the event to minimize the risk of breakdowns.
